Dr. Kamal Hossain will advise Khaleda's lawyers

The eminent jurist, Dr. Kamal Hossain, said on Tuesday he would provide legal advice to defense counsel for BNP President and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia in the graft case of Zia Orphanage Trust. A member of the delegation said that the jurist advised them to coordinate their efforts in dealing with the case. The court of the High Court of Justice, M. Enayetur Rahim, and Judge Shahidul Karim, accepted the appeal of the bail and suspended the fine of the special court of SEK 2.10 million. He also requested the Special Court of the Special Judge of Dhaka 5, which handed down the sentence to Khaleda, to send the records within 15 working days.
